Role & Responsibilites :
- Manage overall branch operations and ensure smooth daily functioning.
- Lead, guide, and motivate the branch team to achieve business targets.
- Drive sales of banking products and services.
- Ensure compliance with banking policies, regulatory guidelines, and internal procedures.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve customer queries effectively.
- Monitor branch performance, productivity, and profitability.
- Handle branch audits, documentation, and risk management.
Qualification & Skills :
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer relationship management.
- Good knowledge of banking operations, compliance, and regulations.
- Target-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
