We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Management Information Reporting and Data Quality Manager
In this role, you will:

Provide production support across agreed control-support processes, including routine follow-ups and first-level checks as documented.

Produce recurring management information and regulatory reporting drafts/outputs: data collation, formatting, pack assembly and scheduled delivery for onshore review/challenge and submission coordination.

Perform first-level validation (completeness, consistency, documented reconciliations/logic checks) and clearly flag exceptions/anomalies with supporting evidence.

Support non-financial risk (NFR) by maintaining trackers and preparing governance-ready inputs and packs

Perform first-line trend and variance analysis on agreed management information metrics and highlight notable movements/outliers to onshore for interpretation, challenge and governance narrative.
- Escalate non-standard items and exceptions requiring interpretation/judgement or sensitive handling. Gather data/evidence, draft root cause analysis refreshes using agreed templates, and route to onshore for review and finalization.

Execute scripted/routine testing (User Acceptance Testing/regression/control testing) where access permits and capture evidence, document results, and provide clear outputs for progression via agreed channels.

Proactively communicate with Booking Centers and relevant stakeholder teams to obtain inputs, resolve queries and manage dependencies to meet reporting and business timelines.
To be successful you will:

Strong technical skills in excel (large datasets, pivots/lookups, reconciliations, trend/error analysis) and disciplined data quality checking.

Experience of 8 – 14 years in producing management information and regulatory-style reporting outputs with strong validation routines.

Proven delivery experience in offshore/shared services operations, working to deadlines and service levels.

Bachelor’s degree is must. Strong documentation and evidence management skills (audit trail discipline).

Clear written communication for handovers, exception flags and status updates.

Experience executing testing with evidence capture and structured reporting of outcomes.

Familiarity with Quality Assurance routines and continuous improvement in processing environments.
