Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to work closely with business leaders and managers to align HR strategies with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to employee relations, performance management, talent planning, and HR operations, with the ability to act as a strategic advisor.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to drive people strategy and workforce planning
- Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations, engagement, and conflict resolution
- Drive performance management, goal setting, and appraisal processes
- Support talent management initiatives including succession planning and retention
- Implement HR policies, processes, and compliance requirements
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights for data-driven decision-making
- Lead employee engagement initiatives and culture-building programs
- Support change management and organizational development initiatives
- Coordinate with TA, L&D, payroll, and HR operations teams
Required Skills & Experience
- 6+ years of experience in HR Business Partnering or Generalist roles
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance
- Experience working closely with senior stakeholders and leadership teams
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on experience with performance management and employee lifecycle
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities effectively
- Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Excel
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification
- Experience in IT / Tech / Corporate environment (preferred)
