Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Architectural Liaisoning professional to handle statutory approvals, authority coordination, and compliance management. The candidate should have strong knowledge of local regulations and be proficient in interpreting architectural drawings using AutoCAD to support approval processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, review, and submit drawings and documentation for approvals
Handle statutory fees, and submission processes
Coordinate with government departments to obtain necessary project approvals
Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants (Architectural, Structural, MEP, Legal, etc.)
Track approval status, follow up with authorities, and resolve queries efficiently
Maintain accurate records of submissions, approvals, and correspondence
Review and interpret architectural drawings for compliance and submission purposes
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field
7–8 years of experience in architectural approvals
