Full Job Description
Angroos Gifts Boutique is looking for a dedicated, technology-driven, and detail-oriented E-commerce Management Executive to manage our online store and support the growth of our e-commerce business. The ideal candidate should be passionate about online selling, SEO, digital marketing, AI tools, and creating engaging product content.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company website and e-commerce store.
- Upload new products with accurate descriptions, specifications, pricing, images, and SEO-friendly content.
- Update product information, stock availability, categories, and pricing regularly.
- Monitor and manage online customer orders from order placement to delivery.
- Provide customers with order confirmations, order status updates, and shipment tracking information.
- Coordinate with the accounts, packing, inventory, and delivery teams to ensure smooth order processing.
- Monitor website inventory and ensure product availability is always updated.
- Perform website SEO optimization to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
- Analyze website traffic, customer behaviour, and product performance using analytics tools.
- Suggest improvements to increase website traffic, conversions, and online sales.
- Capture high-quality product photos and short videos using a mobile phone for website and social media.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to create promotional content and product campaigns.
- Maintain product quality standards across all online platforms.
- Stay updated with e-commerce trends, AI tools, SEO techniques, and new technologies.
- Perform any additional responsibilities assigned by the management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce website management.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing.
- Experience with WordPress/WooCommerce or similar e-commerce platforms is preferred.
- Familiarity with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and SEO tools is an advantage.
- Good understanding of inventory management and online order processing.
- Ability to capture professional product photos and videos using a smartphone.
- Knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT and other productivity tools is an advantage.
- Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
