Experience Required:
Candidates must have experience working in a 5-Star Hotel/Property with excellent communication skills, guest handling abilities, and a passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)
Senior Steward
- Deliver exceptional guest service with professionalism.
- Set up and maintain restaurant sections as per SOPs.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained.
- Coordinate effectively with the kitchen and service team.
- Assist in training and guiding junior stewards.
- Handle guest requests and complaints promptly.
Captain
- Supervise daily restaurant operations during shifts.
- Ensure smooth and timely food & beverage service.
- Welcome guests and provide personalized service.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar for efficient operations.
- Maintain service standards and guest satisfaction.
- Train and motivate team members to achieve operational excellence.
Senior Captain
- Lead the restaurant floor and manage shift operations.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs and brand service standards.
- Resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Guide and mentor Captains and Stewards.
- Coordinate with department heads for seamless operations.
- Monitor team performance, grooming, discipline, and guest feedback.
- Drive sales through suggestive selling and exceptional guest experiences.
