Job Summary
Dr. Kennedy Saraswathy Multispeciality Hospital is seeking a dedicated and experienced Night Duty Doctor with MD in Anesthesiology or Emergency Medicine to manage emergency and critical care services during night hours. The candidate will be responsible for handling emergency cases, supporting critical patients, and coordinating with specialists to ensure timely medical care.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle emergency and critical care cases during night shifts.
- Provide immediate assessment, stabilization, and treatment for emergency patients.
- Assist in ICU management and monitoring of critically ill patients.
- Administer anesthesia support during emergency procedures or surgeries when required.
- Coordinate with consultants and specialists for patient management.
- Manage trauma, accident, and acute medical emergencies efficiently.
- Ensure proper documentation of patient records and treatment details.
- Respond quickly to code blue situations and life-saving interventions.
- Maintain communication with nursing staff and other departments for smooth patient care.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: MD / DNB in Anesthesiology or Emergency Medicine
- Experience: 1–5 years preferred (Freshers with strong clinical skills may also apply)
- Registration: Valid Tamil Nadu Medical Council (TNMC) registration
- Strong knowledge of emergency protocols, ACLS, and critical care management
