Key Responsibilities1. Clinical Consultation & Diagnosis
- Conduct detailed patient consultations for skin, hair, and scalp conditions
- Diagnose dermatological issues and recommend appropriate treatment plans
- Prescribe medications and therapies as required
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
2. Aesthetic Procedures
- Perform advanced aesthetic treatments such as:
- Laser treatments
- Chemical peels
- PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma)
- Botox & Fillers
- Skin rejuvenation procedures
- Ensure safety, precision, and best clinical practices during procedures
- Stay updated with latest technologies and treatment protocols
3. Patient Counselling & Experience
- Educate patients about treatment plans, expected outcomes, and post-care
- Build trust and ensure high patient satisfaction
- Handle patient concerns and provide appropriate solutions
4. Clinic Coordination & Team Support
- Work closely with therapists and clinic staff for treatment execution
- Guide and train junior doctors / RMOs / therapists
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, hygiene, and safety protocols
5. Business & Performance Contribution
- Support clinic in achieving revenue targets through treatment conversions
- Ensure high patient retention and repeat business
- Participate in promotional activities, camps, and awareness programs
Key Skills Required
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills in dermatology
- Expertise in aesthetic and cosmetic procedures
- Excellent communication and patient counselling ability
- Attention to detail and safety standards
- Result-oriented and patient-focused approach
Eligibility Criteria
- MD / DNB / DDVL in Dermatology (Mandatory)
- Valid medical registration
- Experience in aesthetic dermatology preferred
