About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Team Captain to lead and manage our Sales & Operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, overseeing daily processes, ensuring team productivity, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the Sales & Operations team.
- Monitor and improve sales performance to achieve company targets.
- Manage daily operational processes and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Provide coaching, training, and support to team members.
- Track team KPIs and prepare performance reports.
- Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure excellent customer service and prompt issue resolution.
- Coordinate with management regarding team performance and business goals.
Requirements
- Proven experience in team leadership, sales management, or operations management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
