Job Title: Business Development Associate (BDA)
Location: Koramangala, Bengaluru
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, and meetings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 0–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Immediate availability is a plus
