Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated, energetic, and proactive Field HR Intern to support our blue-collar recruitment initiatives. This role involves extensive fieldwork to identify potential candidates, generate hiring leads, build candidate pipelines, and support recruitment drives across assigned locations. The ideal candidate should be comfortable interacting with people on the ground, traveling locally, and representing the organization professionally.
Key Responsibities :
- Conduct field visits to identify and connect with potential blue-collar candidates.
- Generate candidate leads through local markets, residential areas, industrial zones, job clusters, and referral networks.
- Engage with prospective candidates and explain available job opportunities.
- Collect candidate information, including contact details, work experience, and job preferences.
- Screen candidates for basic eligibility and interest levels.
- Maintain an organized database of candidate leads and daily field activity reports.
- Support recruitment campaigns, job fairs, walk-in drives, and bulk hiring initiatives.
- Coordinate with the Talent Acquisition team for candidate follow-ups and interview scheduling.
- Build relationships with local communities, contractors, training institutes, and other sourcing channels to enhance candidate outreach.
- Meet assigned lead generation and candidate sourcing targets.
Requirements
- Should have their own bike and driver's licence.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with extensive fieldwork and local travel.
- Confident in approaching and interacting with new people.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sourcing targets.
- Familiarity with Google Sheets, Excel, and mobile applications is preferred.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
