Key Requirements:
- 4–6 years of overall experience in Business Development, Client Acquisition.
- Mandatory: The most recent 3 years of experience must be in the Staffing, Recruitment, IT Staffing, or Outsourcing industry.
- Demonstrated experience working with Tier-1 / Enterprise clients, including large organizations, GCCs, system integrators, and multinational corporations.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in selling consulting services/consulting positions, including contract staffing, IT consulting, project-based hiring, or professional services engagements.
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end staffing lifecycle, workforce solutions, and talent acquisition processes.
- Proven ability to generate leads, build client relationships, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
- Experience in handling RFPs, vendor onboarding, rate negotiations, and contract management is preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve business growth targets in a competitive market.
