Dining Area & Guest Service Duties
- Table Maintenance: Clean, sanitize, and reset tables promptly after guests leave, including placing fresh linen, cutlery, and decorations.
- Guest Greeting: Welcome patrons, guide them to their seats, and present clean menus.
- Station Stocking: Keep service areas fully stocked with napkins, condiments, trays, and silverware.
- Assisting Servers: Refill water glasses, clear finished plates, and help deliver drinks or simple food items.
Kitchen & Sanitation Duties
- Dishwashing: Wash and sanitize all plates, glassware, cookware, and utensils by hand or using industrial machines.
- Area Cleanliness: Sweep, mop, and polish floors, empty trash bins, and clean kitchen workstations.
- Stock Management: Help unload, organize, and store incoming food supplies and kitchen inventory.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all health department regulations, safety codes, and proper chemical disposal guidelines
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
