Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and activities in the CRM.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to achieve business goals.
- Meet monthly lead generation and sales targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
- 0-3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Lead Generation.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Strong verbal and written English communication.
- Confident personality with good negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
