Key Responsibilities:- Lead, guide and motivate the FOS team to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets. Recruit, onboard and train new field sales executives. Conduct regular field visits to monitor productivity, customer interactions and sales quality. Develop sales strategies and execute local market penetration plans. Assign daily targets, review performance and provide constructive feedback. Generate business through direct customer acquisition and team efforts. Maintain accurate sales reports, MIS, pipeline reports and productivity trackers. Ensure compliance with company policies, documentation and regulatory guidelines. Coordinate with Branch Manager and cross-functional teams for smooth operations. Resolve customer concerns and support the team in closing complex sales opportunities. Identify training needs and conduct regular coaching sessions. Maintain high employee engagement and foster a positive team environment.
Eligibility & Skills
Minimum 3+ years of experience managing a field sales team. Strong experience in Field Sales is mandatory. Candidates from Insurance or BFSI industry will be preferred. Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership, decision-making and people management abilities. Good knowledge of MS Excel, reporting and sales analytics. Graduation is mandatory. Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
