1. Service Operations Management
- Oversee complete workshop/service center operations
- Ensure smooth workflow from vehicle reception to delivery
- Maintain high standards of service quality and efficiency
2. Team Management
- Supervise service advisors, technicians, and support staff
- Assign jobs and monitor daily performance
- Conduct team meetings and provide guidance
3. Revenue & Business Growth
- Achieve service revenue targets (labour, spare parts, AMC, etc.)
- Promote value-added services and upselling
- Monitor daily billing and workshop profitability
4. Workshop Productivity
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower and resources
- Reduce vehicle turnaround time (TAT)
- Monitor efficiency and productivity of technicians
5. Quality Control
- Ensure all repairs and services meet company standards
- Implement quality checks before vehicle delivery
- Reduce repeat repairs and customer complaints
- Ensure timely delivery of serviced vehicles
- Improve customer satisfaction (CSI) and retention
6. Customer Service & Satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints and escalations professionally
- Ensure timely delivery of serviced vehicles
- Improve customer satisfaction (CSI) and retention

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
