Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Executive, based in Kochi. The Relationship Executive will be responsible for engaging with prospective donors and clients, delivering compelling presentations, maintaining strong professional relationships, and supporting fundraising activities. The role also includes managing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retaining long-term partnerships. The successful candidate will play a key role in achieving organizational goals through targeted communication and strategic implementation of campaigns.
Qualifications
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including verbal storytelling and active listening.
· Relationship-building and client management experience.
· Fundraising and direct sales familiarity, or an aptitude for engaging potential donors.
· Presentation and negotiation abilities, with an emphasis on achieving results.
· Organizational and time-management skills to handle campaigns effectively.
· Proactive, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for driving social impact.
· Graduation, diploma, or relevant education in fields such as Business, Marketing, or Public Relations.
· Experience in customer acquisition or sales is a plus.
