Role Overview:
We are seeking a Business Development Professional to drive office leasing transactions. The role involves lead generation, client advisory, and lease negotiations for corporate offices, coworking spaces, and business centers. The ideal candidate has experience in B2B sales, office leasing, or commercial real estate consulting, with strong networking and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development & Lead Generation:
- Identify and engage businesses looking for office space.
- relationships with corporate clients, property owners, and developers.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and industry research.
- Leasing & Advisory Services:
- Understand client requirements for office spaces (size, location, budget, facilities).
- Present suitable office properties and assist in site visits.
- Negotiate lease terms, rent structures, and contract agreements.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Act as a leasing consultant, providing strategic office space solutions.
- Guide clients through the leasing process from inquiry to contract signing.
- Address concerns related to lease terms, market pricing, and property selection.
- Market Analysis & Reporting:
- Stay updated on office space demand, rental trends, and competitor activities.
- Provide insights on market conditions to help clients make informed decisions.
- Maintain a database of office leasing transactions and client interactions.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
- years of experience in office leasing, commercial real estate, or B2B sales.
- Strong network in the corporate leasing and business real estate sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Self-driven with a focus on achieving leasing targets.
