Position Title: HR Executive
Reporting To (Designation): Manager - HR

Qualifications & Certifications required
PG Diploma in Personnel Management / Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management
Gender Preference: Any
Salary Range (per month): 25000 - 30000
Key Responsibilities
- Experience in the Construction industry (Preferred).
- Handle end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Recruit and manage contractual workforce through vendors.
- Prepare and update job descriptions and hiring specifications.
- Post job openings on job portals, company career pages, and social media.
- Source candidates through job boards, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and networking.
- Review resumes and applications.
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability.
- Shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, and job requirements.
- Schedule interviews between candidates and HR Manager.
- Coordinate interview logistics and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Collect and share interview feedback.
- Negotiate compensation within company guidelines.
- Follow up with selected candidates until they join.
- Coordinate background checks and reference verification.\
- Ensure all pre-employment & post-employment documentation is completed.
- Assist with pre-joining formalities.
- Coordinate induction and onboarding activities for new employees.
- Prepare reports on hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate, and recruitment status.
- Monitor recruitment KPIs and recommend process improvements
Key Requisites (Core competencies / Skills)
- Relevant HR experience in Construction or infrastructure sectors.
- Strong knowledge of Recruitment and other statutory regulations.
- Talent sourcing and screening
- Interviewing and candidate assessment
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Negotiation and relationship management
- Time management and multitasking
- Knowledge of recruitment portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed)
- Familiarity with ATS/HRMS software
- MS Excel and reporting skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Excel & Powerpoint.
- Excellent communication and vendor management skills.
- Ability to handle field/site-related HR issues independently.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
