Rahane Media is a growing outdoor advertising company specializing in media solutions such as billboards, hoardings, transit media, and other out of home (OOH) formats. We help brands create strong visibility through impactful outdoor campaigns across prime locations.
Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail oriented Operations Executive to manage the execution of outdoor advertising campaigns. The role involves coordinating with vendors, supervising on ground activities, and ensuring timely and high quality campaign delivery across multiple outdoor media formats.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end to end execution of outdoor advertising campaigns.
- Coordinate installation and removal of media across billboards, hoardings, transit media, kiosks, and other OOH formats
- Liaise with vendors, printers, fabricators, and site owners
- Monitor and coordinate with site teams to ensure timely installation, proper display, and maintenance of advertisements.
- Track campaign timelines and ensure execution as per client commitments
- Maintain records of sites, campaign schedules, and execution reports
- Share execution photos and updates with internal teams and clients
- Resolve on ground operational issues efficiently
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and site permissions
- Support the sales team with site availability and feasibility
Eligibility Criteria
- MBA / BBA graduate or candidates from a related field (Marketing, Operations, Business Administration)
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to travel for site visits, if required
