Job Summary
D3 Builders and Developers is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Diploma Civil Engineer to join our team as a Site Supervisor. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience in residential and commercial construction projects. The candidate will assist in supervising site activities, ensuring quality work, and coordinating with workers and contractors under the guidance of senior engineers.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site workers.
- Monitor work progress and submit daily progress reports.
- Ensure quality standards and safety regulations are followed.
- Check construction materials and maintain site records.
- Assist in quantity measurements and material planning.
- Identify and report site issues for timely resolution.
Eligibility
- Diploma in Civil Engineering (Mandatory).
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of construction methods and site execution.
- Ability to read engineering drawings is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Office is preferred.
- Willingness to work on construction sites in and around Kochi.
