About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer with 3-6 years of experience who is passionate about building intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly digital experiences. This role offers hands-on exposure to real-world projects, cross-functional collaboration, and opportunities to grow under experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Design user interfaces and user experiences for web and mobile applications
- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing
- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes
- Translate business and user requirements into clean, engaging design solutions
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders
- Iterate designs based on feedback and usability insights
- Maintain consistency with design systems, brand guidelines, and UX best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3-6 years of experience in UI/UX design
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, usability, and human-centered design
- Hands-on experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
- Experience in wireframing and prototyping
- Strong attention to detail and visual aesthetics
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to accept feedback and iterate quickly
Good to Have
- Understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
- Portfolio showcasing relevant UI/UX projects
- Awareness of current design trends and user behavior
