Vish Gyana Technology Solutions Pvt Ltd is looking for a strategic, creative, and execution-focused Social Media Manager to lead and scale our digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals
✅ Manage LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), and YouTube platforms
✅ Plan and maintain content calendars
✅ Lead content creation, campaigns, reels, videos, and brand storytelling
✅ Build, mentor, and manage a growing social media team
✅ Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns
✅ Collaborate with leadership, HR, marketing, and business teams
Required Skills:
✔ 3–6 years of Social Media Management experience
✔ Strong expertise in LinkedIn and B2B social media marketing
✔ Excellent content writing and storytelling skills
✔ Experience with analytics and social media management tools
✔ Ability to manage multiple campaigns independently
✔ Leadership and team management experience
Good to Have:
- Experience in IT Services, SaaS, or Technology companies
- Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing exposure
- Video content strategy experience
- Knowledge of paid social campaigns
