Role Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and articulate Admission Counsellor based in Hyderabad. In this full-time remote role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective students. You will be responsible for providing exceptional tele-counselling, understanding student career aspirations, explaining course structures, and managing the end-to-end admissions and enrolment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily outbound and inbound tele- counselling sessions with prospective students and working professionals. Act as a career guide to help prospects choose the right certification or upskilling program. Drive the complete sales cycle from lead engagement to final admission and payment processing. Maintain accurate student data, follow-up logs, and daily activity reports. Meet and exceed monthly enrolment targets to unlock high-tier incentives.
Mandatory Remote Work Requirements (Infrastructure)
Since this is a 100% remote online role, candidates must possess the following setup before applying:
- A personal Laptop or Desktop in good working condition (Minimum Windows 10 / 8GB RAM preferred). A stable, high-speed Wi-Fi or Broadband connection. Reliable power backup to ensure zero interruption during shift hours. A professional, noise-cancelling headset for clear communication. A quiet, distraction-free workspace at home.
Qualifications & Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (English and local languages- Telugu and Hindi). Strong customer service, negotiation, and inside-sales skills. High organizational skills with strict attention to detail and follow-ups. A Bachelor's degree in Education, Communication, Business, or a related field. Prior experience in EdTech sales, admissions, or student services is a strong advantage.
Salary, Perks & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹18,000 per month (Based on interview performance and experience). Performance Incentives: Highly attractive, uncapped monthly incentives based on successful admissions.
