Job Summary:
Nakshatra Solutions is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive growth, generate leads, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales, client handling, and business expansion strategies..
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential clients through various channels such as Naukri, LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, references, and field visits. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
Client Meetings & Presentations: Schedule and conduct meetings (virtual/physical) with prospective clients. Present company services, explain value propositions, and handle client queries professionally.
Requirement Analysis & Solution Selling: Understand client needs in detail and suggest suitable solutions aligned with Nakshatra Solutions’ offerings (such as software, HRMS, Odoo, Tally, etc.).
Sales Conversion & Target Achievement: Follow up with leads, negotiate pricing, and close deals effectively. Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Ensure client satisfaction and explore opportunities for repeat business and referrals.
Field Sales & Market Research: Visit client locations for business development activities. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
Coordination with Internal Teams: Work closely with HR, technical, and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and project/service delivery to clients.
Documentation & Reporting: Prepare proposals, quotations, agreements, and maintain proper sales records. Update daily activity reports and CRM systems.
Follow-ups & After-Sales Support: Maintain regular follow-ups with clients even after closure to ensure satisfaction and generate upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
Required Skills:
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Experience in field sales and client acquisition.
Knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, and email communication.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive approach.
Ability to handle multiple clients and tasks.
Qualification:
Any Graduate / MBA (Marketing preferred)
Preferred Skills:
Experience in software sales or IT industry
Understanding of business processes
Field sales experience is a plus
Pay: ₹38,000.00 - ₹53,000.00 per month
