Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Technical Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The candidate will work closely with stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and support the implementation of technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
- Work with stakeholders to understand business objectives and challenges.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with development and QA teams during the project lifecycle.
- Prepare BRD (Business Requirement Document), FRD, user stories, and workflows.
- Conduct data analysis and generate reports for business insights.
- Participate in system testing, UAT, and implementation support.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.
- Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Support troubleshooting and issue resolution during deployment.
Required Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
- Understanding of business processes and technical systems.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams.
Technical Skills:
- JIRA / Confluence
- Basic understanding of APIs and databases
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 1+ years of experience preferred
