Our services include recruitment, deployment, manpower management, attendance coordination, payroll processing, statutory compliance coordination, and third-party payroll services.
Your Role – Business Development
As a Business Development Executive/Manager, your primary responsibility will be to develop new business opportunities and generate manpower supply contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients requiring manpower and third-party payroll services.
- Approach MNCs, factories, corporate offices, warehouses, hospitals, and other organizations.
- Generate new business leads through calls, emails, meetings, networking, and site visits.
- Understand the client's manpower requirements, including:
- Number of manpower
- Job category
- Skills required
- Work location
- Salary structure
- Coordinate with the company recruitment and operations team for manpower deployment.
- Present the company's manpower supply and payroll services professionally to potential clients.
- Arrange and attend client meetings.
- Follow up regularly with prospective clients and convert leads into business contracts.
- Develop long-term relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with management regarding quotations, proposals, agreements, and final business closure.
Main Objective
To generate new clients and manpower supply business opportunities for the company and establish long-term contracts for manpower supply and third-party payroll services across various locations.
Pay: ₹14,094.83 - ₹75,000.00 per month
