Key Responsibilities -
- Architect, design, and develop scalable web applications using MongoDB , Express.js , React.js , and Node.js .
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX , QA, and Project Managers.
- Break down requirements into tasks, estimate timelines, and manage sprint planning.
- Troubleshoot application issues, implement enhancements, and optimize performance.
- Guide team members through technical challenges and support skill development.
- Ensure project deadlines, quality standards, and development processes are met.
- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications -
- Strong hands-on experience in MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), RESTAPIs , and asynchronous programming.
- Experience with Git , CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments AWS / Azure preferred).
- Experience with state management libraries Redux , Context API.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Good to Have -
- Knowledge of TypeScript ✔Experience with GraphQL
- Familiarity with Docker , Kubernetes
- Exposure to Agile / Scrum methodologies
- Understanding of DevOps concepts
Education -
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
