Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Finance Executive to manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations, payroll processing, employee financial records, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while handling employee and financial information.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
- Process and maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Process monthly payroll accurately and within deadlines.
- Maintain employee payroll records, salary structures, attendance inputs, leave records, reimbursements, and statutory deductions.
- Maintain and update employee financial and personal records in HR/payroll systems.
- Coordinate with the HR team for new employee onboarding, salary revisions, promotions, full-and-final settlements, and employee exits.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and other applicable labor and tax regulations.
- Prepare and file statutory returns related to payroll and finance.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required financial and payroll documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial and employee information.
- Identify opportunities to improve finance and payroll processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in finance, accounting, and payroll processing.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/payroll software such as Tally, Zoho Books, SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems.
- Good understanding of payroll processing, statutory compliance, and accounting principles.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
