Key Responsibilities:
- Call potential and existing clients.
- Handle inquiries and share product details.
- Generate leads and turn them into loyal clients.
- Build strong relationships with clients and distributors.
- Help onboard new PCD Pharma distributors across India.
- Resolve customer issues with timely follow-ups.
- Share client feedback and market trends with the team.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in telecalling, preferably in the PCD Pharma or Pharma Manufacturing sector.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Confidence and a persuasive attitude to convert leads into sales.
- Basic knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
