Job Description
AQUAVIGIL is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Microbiologist Intern to join our laboratory team. This internship provides an opportunity to gain practical, hands-on experience in microbiological testing and laboratory operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with routine microbiological testing and laboratory activities.
- Handle and process water and other samples as per established procedures.
- Assist in sample preparation, testing, and recording of results.
- Maintain accurate laboratory records and documentation.
- Follow laboratory safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the laboratory.
- Support the laboratory team in day-to-day operations.
Eligibility
- B.Sc. Microbiology or M.Sc. Microbiology
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of microbiology and laboratory procedures.
- Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to follow laboratory procedures and safety standards.
Preference will be given to candidates residing in Ernakulam.
