About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated sales professional with a proven ability to generate business, close sponsorships, and build long-term client relationships in the advertising, media, events, and entertainment sectors.
--- Experience selling into mid-market and large enterprise customers (₹ 2 Cr+)
--- Increase sponsorship relationship to increase revenue regularly
Preferred Candidate
✅ Proven sales track record of ₹20 Crore+ business generated (current or cumulative career achievement)
✅ Experience in Advertising, Media, Events, Sponsorships, Branding, Marketing, or Corporate Sales
✅ Strong network among business owners, marketing heads, brand managers, and decision-makers
✅ Excellent negotiation and client acquisition skills
✅ Ability to independently source and close high-value deals
Incentives
Sponsor Value: ₹1 Lakh – ₹5 Lakhs
Sponsor Value: ₹5 Lakh – ₹10 Lakhs
Sponsor Value: Above ₹10 Lakhs – ₹20 Lakhs
Key Responsibilities
- Min 2-10 cr sponsorships per month.
- Generate sponsorships for TV shows, comedy events, digital content, and media properties.
- Acquire advertisers and brand partners across multiple industries.
- Build relationships with corporate decision-makers and marketing agencies.
- Develop sponsorship proposals, presentations, and business pitches.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Identify new revenue opportunities for media and entertainment projects.
