2. Employee Onboarding & Lifecycle Management
- Execute structured onboarding and induction programs
- Manage employee records from joining to exit
- Ensure smooth confirmation, transfer, and separation processes
- Maintain accurate HR documentation and MIS
3. Employee Engagement & Retention
- Implement employee engagement initiatives
- Conduct feedback surveys and pulse checks
- Support retention strategies and employee wellness programs
- Analyse attrition trends and recommend corrective actions
4. Performance Management Support
- Coordinate performance appraisal cycles
- Ensure goal setting, mid-year reviews, and appraisals are completed on time
- Assist managers with performance improvement plans (PIPs)
- Maintain performance documentation and records
5. Learning & Development
- Identify training needs through performance and skill gap analysis
- Coordinate internal and external training programs
- Track training effectiveness and participation
- Support leadership and competency development initiatives
6. Employee Relations & Grievance Handling
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns
- Handle grievances professionally and confidentially
- Support disciplinary actions and domestic inquiries

7. HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements
- Manage payroll inputs, attendance, leave, and benefits administration

- Support salary structuring, revisions, and promotions
- Coordinate benefits administration and vendor management

- Prepare and analyze HR MIS reports
- Track HR metrics and trends
