Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled 3D Designer with expertise in Revit and SketchUp to create detailed 3D models, technical drawings, and visual presentations for architectural, interior design, or construction projects. The ideal candidate should have strong visualization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate concepts into accurate design documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain 3D models using Autodesk Revit and SketchUp.
Prepare architectural, interior, and construction drawings, layouts, and documentation.
Create realistic 3D renderings, walkthroughs, and presentation materials.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, project managers, and clients to understand project requirements.
Generate detailed plans, elevations, sections, and construction documents.
Ensure models comply with project specifications, industry standards, and building codes.
Update and revise designs based on client feedback and project changes.
Maintain organized project files and documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project delivery.
Required Skills
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and SketchUp.
Knowledge of AutoCAD and rendering tools such as V-Ray, Lumion, or Enscape.
Understanding of architectural and interior design principles.
Ability to create detailed construction drawings and documentation.
Strong visualization, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Attention to detail and time-management skills.
Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in 3D modeling, BIM, architectural, or interior design projects.
Portfolio demonstrating Revit models, SketchUp designs, renderings, and technical drawings.
