Own and drive overall sales performance across all retail outlets and channel partners within the assigned cluster
— ensuring monthly, quarterly, and annual targets are consistently achieved Manage and expand the channel sales network
— appoint, onboard, and develop dealers, distributors, franchise partners, and MBOs within the cluster Regularly visit all stores and channel partner locations across the cluster to monitor sales, merchandising standards, stock levels, and brand visibility Lead, coach, and manage Store Managers and field sales representatives within the cluster; drive team performance through reviews, feedback, and on-ground support Plan and execute cluster
-level sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and seasonal activations in alignment with brand guidelines Monitor store-wise and channel-wise P&L, identify underperforming locations, and implement corrective action plans Ensure optimum inventory levels across all outlets
— coordinate with supply chain and warehouse teams for timely replenishment and stock rotation Track and analyse key retail metrics
— sell-through rate, footfall, conversion, ATV (Average Transaction Value), and revenue per sq. ft.
— and drive improvements Ensure consistent in-store customer experience, product display, and brand standards across all touchpoints in the cluster Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, key accounts, and local trade communities to maximise reach and loyalty Gather and report market intelligence

Requirements: Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or Retail Management
preferred 5+ years of experience in retail sales and/or channel sales, w
ith at least 2 years in a cluster/area management role Proven track record of managing multi-store or multi-channel retail operations and consistently achieving sales targets Prior experience in apparel, fashion, or lifestyle retail will be a strong advantageStrong understanding of retail KPIs, channel partner management, and trade marketing Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the assigned cluster on a regular basis Excellent team leadership, people management, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Excel, sales reporting tools, and basic retail software/ERP systems Age between 30–35 years with a high-energy, ownership-driven approach to work
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
