Job Overview
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Interior Site Supervisor to manage and supervise interior execution work at residential and commercial project sites. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with the design team, contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other vendors to ensure smooth and timely execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor day-to-day interior work at the site.
- Ensure execution is carried out as per approved drawings, designs, and specifications.
- Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, POP/gypsum workers, civil workers, and other contractors.
- Check quality, measurements, finishing, and workmanship at every stage.
- Take site measurements and verify dimensions as required.
- Coordinate material deliveries and ensure materials are properly received and stored at site.
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed within the given timeline.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the design/project team for solutions.
- Maintain regular communication with the project manager and designer.
- Prepare daily/weekly site progress updates and reports.
- Ensure proper sequencing of civil, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, flooring, painting, carpentry, and modular work.
- Monitor labour and contractor activities at the site.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and basic safety practices at the project site.
- Conduct regular quality checks before handing over completed work.
Requirements
- 0-1 years of experience in interior site supervision/execution preferred.
- Good knowledge of residential and commercial interior execution.
- Basic understanding of AutoCAD drawings and interior details.
- Knowledge of materials, hardware, finishes, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, carpentry, and modular work.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple vendors and workers at the site.
- Candidate must have their own two-wheeler/four-wheeler for site visits.
- Valid driving licence is preferred.
- Willingness to travel to different project sites across Delhi NCR.
- Responsible, punctual, and capable of independently handling site activities.

Salary
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
