The ideal candidate has deep technical mastery of the software and a strong drive to mentor aspiring designers in the digital transformation of the apparel industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- CLO 3D Instruction: Deliver comprehensive, hands-on training modules covering the end-to-end CLO 3D workflow (from UI navigation and 2D pattern construction to final 3D visualization).
- Virtual Prototyping & Fit: Teach students how to accurately simulate fabrics, map textures, adjust digital material properties, execute complex garment draping, and troubleshoot fit issues on digital avatars.
- Tech Pack & Asset Management: Train students on how to extract accurate 2D tech packs, grading templates, render high-quality animations/still frames, and manage digital asset libraries within the software.
- Project Mentorship: Guide students through industry-relevant projects, helping them build professional 3D design portfolios that showcase digital sample optimization.
- Lab Oversight: Manage the 3D apparel software lab sessions, ensure students are progressing through technical modules, and provide structural feedback on software techniques.

- 1–3 years of professional industry experience as a 3D Fashion Designer, Digital Apparel Specialist, or technical 3D simulator.
- Prior experience conducting software workshops, corporate training, or teaching in a design institute is highly desirable.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively demonstrate complex software tools and workflows to learners.
Application Instructions:
To be considered, applicants must provide a link to a digital portfolio or show reel highlighting original 3D garment renders, animations, or pattern assemblies created entirely in CLO 3D.
