Role & Responsibilities:
Handle customer interactions through inbound and outbound voice calls
Resolve customer queries and concerns efficiently
Provide accurate information about products/services
Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality
Follow communication scripts and company guidelines
Ensure proper documentation of customer interactions
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Graduate from any discipline
Minimum 1 year of experience in international voice process / customer support
Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
Comfortable working in night shifts
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
