Role Overview
We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Lead Generation Executive to help build high-quality prospect lists for our sales team. If you enjoy research, working with data, and learning modern sales tools, this is a great opportunity to kick-start your career in B2B sales.
No prior experience is required. We'll provide training on our tools and processes.
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify potential clients based on target criteria.
Generate qualified leads using Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other online sources.
Maintain and update lead data in Zoho CRM.
Verify contact information including decision-makers, email addresses, company details, and job titles.
Organize and manage prospect databases with high accuracy.
Work closely with the sales team to support outreach campaigns.
Ensure CRM records remain clean, updated, and duplicate-free.
Meet daily and weekly lead generation targets.
Stay updated on target industries and market trends.
Required Skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in Lead Generation, Research, Sales Support, or B2B Marketing.
Good written and verbal English communication.
Comfortable using computers, and Microsoft Excel.
Strong internet research skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Willingness to learn new software and sales tools.
Positive attitude and eagerness to grow.
