Billing Responsibilities
- Prepare and generate sales invoices, tax invoices, and delivery challans accurately.
- Verify customer orders, pricing, taxes, and payment terms before billing.
- Maintain billing records and ensure all documents are properly filed.
- Coordinate with Accounts Department regarding payments, credit notes, and outstanding balances.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly billing reports.
- Ensure compliance with GST and company billing procedures.
- Resolve billing-related queries from customers and internal departments.
Dispatch Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate the dispatch of finished goods as per customer requirements.
- Prepare dispatch documents such as delivery challans, e-way bills, packing lists, and transport documents.
- Coordinate with transporters and logistics providers for timely delivery.
- Verify quantity, quality, and packing details before dispatch.
- Maintain dispatch records and update shipment status in the system.
- Track deliveries and follow up on proof of delivery (POD).
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, and Sales Departments to ensure smooth dispatch operations.
- Monitor vehicle movements and delivery schedules.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding shipment status and delivery schedules.
General Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of billing and dispatch transactions.
- Ensure timely communication between Stores, Production, Sales, Accounts, and Logistics teams.
- Follow company policies, safety procedures, and documentation standards.
- Support audits by providing required billing and dispatch records.
Key Skills Required
- Experience in dispatch, logistics, and inventory coordination.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Tally software with e-invoice processing
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Pay: ₹17,500.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
