About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Laravel Developer with strong backend expertise and a solid grasp of front-end technologies, including HTML, Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, and JavaScript. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Laravel (version 8+), RESTful API development, and MySQL, along with proficiency in Livewire or Jetstream for building interactive applications. You will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining web applications while ensuring performance, security, and scalability.

Must-Have Skills & Experience
- Strong proficiency in Laravel (8+; Laravel 11 experience is a plus).
- Hands-on experience with Livewire & Jetstream.
- Solid expertise in MySQL, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL (database design, query optimization).
- Deep understanding of MVC architecture & API development.
- Strong frontend skills with HTML, Tailwind CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with Git & version control systems (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket).
- 2-4 years of professional experience in web development.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience with unit testing & debugging (PHPUnit, Pest, Laravel Debugbar).
- Understanding of server-side security best practices (authentication, encryption, API security).
- Familiarity with React.js, Next.js, Vue.js, or other frontend frameworks.
- Experience with CI/CD, Docker, and deployment processes (AWS, Ubuntu, Nginx).
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies & project management tools (Jira, Trello).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using Laravel (latest versions).
- Work on Livewire or Jetstream to build modern, interactive user interfaces.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs for seamless backend communication.
- Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code following best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Optimize database queries & structure for performance and scalability.
- Integrate frontend interfaces using HTML, Tailwind CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Ensure security best practices (authentication, CSRF protection, XSS prevention, etc.).
- Manage version control using Git (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket).
- Collaborate with designers, project managers, and developers to deliver high-quality applications.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Laravel advancements and industry trends.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
