Qualification:
- MSc Organic Chemistry (Fresher Can Also apply)
Experience: 3–5 years in Process Development Lab (PD Lab)
HomCat Supervisor will be responsible for supervising HomCat production activities and ensuring efficient batch processing. The key responsibilities include:
- Proper planning and execution of HomCat production batches.
- Monitoring batch-to-batch yield and maintaining target productivity.
- Ensuring batch sheets and related documentation are properly maintained.
- Monitoring batch progress and activities regularly.
- Providing regular status operations to Production manager.
