In the automobile industry, a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) specializing in insurance focuses on managing customer relationships with an emphasis on insurance products and services. The role aims to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and growth through effective insurance solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact for insurance-related inquiries and concerns.
- Insurance Solutions: Assess client needs to recommend appropriate insurance products, collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions, and assist with policy servicing and administration.
- Sales and Retention: Achieve sales targets by identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling insurance products, and implement strategies to retain existing clients.
- Claims Support: Guide clients through the claims process, ensuring timely and fair resolution of claims.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback using CRM systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client-facing role within the insurance industry.
