Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Talent Acquisition Speacialist to support client recruitment operations from the back end. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating, and managing end-to-end recruitment activities while working closely with the Project Manager and client stakeholders. This is a support-focused role, requiring strong coordination and execution skills rather than direct client-facing responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Internal Recruitment
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high quality candidates for roles in business consulting, market research, and related functions.
- Use platforms like LinkedIn, job portals, and networking events to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including creating job descriptions, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making offers.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and craft role-specific requirements.
- Promote Ranniti Business Consulting as an employer of choice by showcasing our values, culture, and opportunities through various channels.
Client Recruitment Services
- Collaborate with clients to understand their organizational structure, role requirements, and desired candidate profiles. Offer consultative insights on job descriptions, hiring trends, and candidate availability.
- Sourcing and Selection: Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for client roles across various industries and levels.
- Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates’ fit before recommending them to clients.Client Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for client recruitment projects, ensuring timely communication and progress updates.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by delivering quality recruitment solutions.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Education: Master's degree in human resource, business administration, or a related field.

- Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to use job portals, social media, referrals, and databases to find suitable candidates.
