The Executive Assistant to the Director provides high-level administrative and organisational support to ensure the efficient functioning of the office. This role requires discretion, strong coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Ø Manage the DIRECTOR’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements
Ø Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, and briefing materials
Ø Act as the first point of contact between the DIRECTOR and internal/external stakeholders
Ø Screen calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and discretion
Ø Communication & Coordination
Ø Liaise with senior management, clients, and partners on behalf of the DIRECTOR
Ø Coordinate meetings and events
Ø Draft and review correspondence, memos, and official documents
Ø Maintain confidential records and files
Ø Handle expense reports, invoices, and basic budgeting support
Ø Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Ø Strong verbal and written communication abilities
Ø High level of confidentiality and professionalism
Ø Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
Ø Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ø Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
