Role Summary
An OTM Functional Consultant is responsible for implementing, configuring, enhancing, and supporting OTM solutions to optimize transportation planning, execution, freight management, and logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities

Gather and analyse business requirements from logistics, transportation, and supply chain stakeholders.

Design and configure OTM modules based on business needs.

Conduct solution workshops, fit-gap analysis, and process mapping.

Prepare functional design documents (FDD), business process documents, and configuration documents.

Coordinate with technical teams for integrations, reports, and customizations.

Support interfaces with ERP, WMS, EDI, and third-party logistics systems.

Perform SIT, UAT, and production support activities.

Train end users and create training materials.

Troubleshoot functional issues and provide ongoing support.
Required Skills

Strong experience in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM).

Knowledge of transportation and logistics business processes.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in OTM implementation/support (depending on role level).

Experience in at least one full OTM implementation lifecycle.
