Stipend: ₹10,000 per month (Including Incentives)
About the Company:
HYRRED is a newly launched talent solutions vertical of Zeltonic Solutions LLP, focused on delivering recruitment and workforce solutions across industries. Backed by Zeltonic’s strong network, the organization works closely with companies to build effective talent pipelines.
Role Overview:
This internship offers hands-on exposure to agency-side recruitment. Selected interns will work on live hiring mandates and gain practical experience in end-to-end recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing candidates through job portals and professional networks
- Screening resumes and conducting initial HR interaction calls
- Coordinating interviews with candidates and hiring teams
- Maintaining candidate databases and talent pipelines
- Assisting in MIS, recruitment tracking, and reports
Eligibility:
- Business-related programs such as BMS and BBA
- Candidates with prior internship or work experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR, or staffing will be preferred
- Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
