Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain reports, trackers, and MIS using Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, HLOOKUP, IF formulas, Data Validation, Charts, etc.).
Draft professional emails, letters, notices, and official communications using ChatGPT and provided data points.
Develop structured and professional content for official letters, proposals, notices, circulars, and business correspondence based on given key points.
Manage day-to-day floor operations and ensure smooth coordination among departments.
Coordinate with internal teams and management for timely execution of tasks.
Maintain records, documentation, and follow-up trackers.
Ensure professional communication with clients, vendors, and employees through email and other channels.
Assist management in preparing presentations, reports, and business documents.
Monitor task completion and support overall office administration activities.
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in email drafting and content creation.
Ability to use ChatGPT/AI tools effectively for professional communication.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
