Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Trainer to join our team in Ernakulam. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of experience as a sales trainer, with mandatory experience in the education sector.
Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver sales training programs for the sales team.
Train new hires on sales processes, products, and communication skills.
Conduct refresher training sessions to improve team performance.
Monitor trainee progress and evaluate training effectiveness.
Identify skill gaps and develop training strategies to address them.
Work closely with sales managers to improve sales productivity and achieve business goals.
Requirements
2–3 years of experience as a Sales Trainer.
Experience in the education sector is mandatory.
Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills.
Strong knowledge of sales techniques and customer engagement.
Ability to motivate and mentor sales professionals.
