About the Role
This is a field sales + business development role where you will be responsible for expanding Allen's presence in your assigned territory and generating quality student leads through schools, coaching institutes, tuition teachers, seminars, and community outreach activities.
- Develop relationships with schools, coaching centres, and tuition teachers.
- Conduct workshops, seminars, and promotional activities.
- Generate and qualify student leads.
- Represent the brand at events and networking activities
- Present educational programs and offerings to stakeholders
- Maintain lead records and update CRM systems.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and business targets

Who Can Apply?
- 2+ years experience in Business Development / Field Sales.
- Experience in Education, EdTech, Coaching, Publishing, or Training Industry preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable with field travel and stakeholder engagement
- Experience in lead generation and target achievement
- Graduate in any discipline
